first time ordering and completely messed up the order. and was not apologetic and werent aware of how there ordering online works apparently.

So many time i order,but the same repeating foin the same mistake.i order large and alwys come with small.when i order sour and soup,it came wonton soup..and i order 3 order but it came with 2order.esp the lady who was on the phone was so unpolite..eating while talking with the customer and in the end she ddnt have my order..please be more careful..thanks.

got their flyer,first time try their food,there is the worst thing i ever done..chicken was dry and salty, flavorless,price was way too high than china king down the street..plus the guy on the phone,speaks none english,and rude .. not a second chance

Have been eating here for 2 years. Used to love their food.Last time, we got DRY, stinky oil smelling chicken!Barely any sauce.There was a piece of plastic fork in my husbands rice!!!We have given this place many many chances, since we lice close. But this is a major fail!No air in summer, no heat in winter.They don't speak English!Place is dirty inside.There is two tiny tables with 2 chairs at each.I've never seen anyone EVER eat there while I picked up my order. Only their family members!We are done with this overpriced nasty food!Oh and check your bill. More than once, they have ADDED a charge to our bill.I assume to make money. When I ask for reciept, they would only give me a credit card Total, not individual prices. But I've done the math multiple times with menus and they simply add charges.Hard to find parking also.

I order from this place all the time. Today I ordered and the food had no flavor and it was horrible. I called because I am loyal customer to let them know that the food was not good. The man on the phone said that his chief did nothing wrong.... Basically saying that I am wrong. The man on the food didn't not care about how I felt and was very disrespectful and made me feel crap. I spent over 20 dollors for food that is has no flavor. Then to be treated like badly. I am very disappointed with my services and I will not buy and thing else from them again. Now I have to throw away my food because its horrible.

Please correct your on line ordering to include the development I live in. I have had you deliver to my home many times before bur your on line ordering process says I live too far away. My address is 46 Dorset Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342.

Very hard to contact by phone, placed my first online order hope all goes well and it is ready in time. They dont give you an estimated time when it will be ready for pick up but the food is very good
